Moving testing from another laboratory

What to send us when another laboratory did not finish your testing, and who decides what a switching customer is offered.

Another laboratory never finished my testing. Can Axiom help?

Yes, and it is worth telling us that when you get in touch. Axiom does run an arrangement for customers moving across after another laboratory did not complete their testing in a reasonable time, and a reduction on a first paid order can also apply. What any particular order qualifies for is decided by our support team, not at the point of asking. Send us the order or invoice from the other laboratory along with what you were having tested, and we will tell you what applies to you.

Can an agent tell me exactly what I will get?

No, and an agent who does is guessing. The arrangement depends on the circumstances of your order, so it is confirmed by a person, in writing, before you pay for anything. Nobody at Axiom will apply it automatically at checkout on the strength of a chat message. That is not a way of avoiding the question. It is the difference between an answer you can rely on and one that has to be walked back.

Does sending a certificate from another lab earn an automatic discount?

No. Automatic volume pricing depends only on how many samples are in one order, and a certificate from another laboratory is not part of that calculation. If you have been told otherwise, it was wrong, and we would like to know where you were told it. Sending another laboratory's certificate is still useful for a different reason: it tells us what was measured before, which helps us see whether our result and theirs actually disagree.

How do I ask about it?

Contact support at support@axiomanalyticslab.com or (279) 236-4800, or open a request from the portal, and say that you are moving from another laboratory. Include the previous order details. A person will confirm what applies before anything is charged.
