The published 4X service requires identity, purity, net content, and a Rapid Microbial DNA Screen at Layer 4. Axiom owns and operates the required methods and accepts paid samples into custody and the analytical queue. Rapid-only 4X/8X starts with one sealed vial. USP <71> is a separate culture upgrade: submitted-container scope automatically reserves one additional whole vial for FTM and one for SCDM (three total), with no less than 14 days of incubation; batch scope may require more. Expected values, ranges, units, and sources stay locked face up during result entry; incomplete evidence is surfaced to our staff for resolution without closing intake, entry, signing, or release.
DX Diluent & Solvent remains a distinct article-specific panel and COA route. It is not interchangeable with the 4X/8X peptide panels, and its required USP <71> culture determination is never relabelled as Rapid DNA.
Most labs upsell a higher “X” as if more layers automatically means a safer vial. That is a marketing gimmick. Both current panel definitions require identity, chromatographic purity, net content, and Rapid DNA; USP <71> is a separate culture upgrade. Both accept paid samples under controlled accession, while unresolved evidence remains face up, prevents PASS, and is surfaced to our staff for resolution.

Normal panel turnaround is 6 business days average (4X) / 6 business days average (8X) / 6 business days average (DX), measured from Axiom's accession of the complete required material allocation (inbound shipping not counted). Paid 4X/8X intake is open. Rapid DNA is a molecular target screen, not USP 71, and it is the Layer 4 of every panel including DX. USP 71 is a separately selected upgrade on every panel, requires its additional container allocation and no less than 14 days of incubation after test initiation, and is never rush-compressible: a certificate reporting it cannot be published until that incubation has actually elapsed. Results relate only to the items tested; a PASS means the measured result met the stated specification, not safety, sterility, or regulatory approval. Testing is conducted under a documented quality system, and each method's validation status is shown on the certificate. Axiom does not currently hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. Every report is cryptographically sealed and QR-verifiable.
