The standard, and the extra mile.
Our recommended standard is 4X - Identity, Purity, Mass, and a Sterility screen - the four checks that decide whether a vial is what it claims to be. It is the only standard most compounds ever need, and we price it to be the obvious choice.
Most labs upsell a higher “X” as if more layers automatically means a safer vial. That is a marketing gimmick. A wrong, impure, under-dosed, or contaminated peptide fails at the four essentials - the extra layers rarely change the verdict. We lead with 4X because it is honest, and we offer 8X for when you want belt-and-suspenders, not because the data demands it.

Identity, purity, mass, and a sterility screen - the four checks every compound should have, and the only standard most vials ever need.
The 4X essentials plus endotoxin, heavy metals, stability, and a fentanyl/analog screen - extra depth for peace of mind, not a test most compounds require.
The more you send, the less each vial costs.
Both discounts apply themselves at checkout and print on your invoice line by line. There is no code to ask for and no rep to negotiate with - the ladder below is the same math the payment rail runs.
Each extra vial of the same lot re-runs purity + content and feeds the lot-uniformity verdict. The price steps down because the marginal bench work does - and stays at $50 no matter how many you send.
Samples are distinct lots or compounds - conformity vials ride their own ladder above and modules stay at list, so the discount never double-counts the same volume.
Free 4X Essential for vials you bought
Eligible individual researchers can request one free 4X Essential panel per 30 days for independently purchased products. Funded by community donations and a share of company testing.
Add same-lot vials to verify batch consistency (purity + content re-run across vials). Every further vial steps down in price - the full ladder is in the volume-pricing section above.
CHNS net peptide content (N+S combustion) - the gold-standard net-content method. (LC-MS/MS identity is already part of the base 4X, never an add-on.)
Typical turnaround is 4-7 business days (4X) / 7-10 business days (8X), measured from when your vial arrives at our lab (inbound shipping not counted). Rush available: 48-hour for 4X, 4-6 business days for the full 8X. Results relate only to the item tested; a PASS means the measured result met the stated specification, not safety, sterility, or regulatory approval. The sterility check is a rapid screen, not a USP 71 sterility test, and is labeled that way. Testing is conducted under a documented quality system, and each method's validation status is shown on the certificate. Axiom does not currently hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. Every report is cryptographically sealed and QR-verifiable.
