What is the Community Heroes discount and how much is it?
15% off, for eligible public-service roles, once a request is approved. It is a discount on orders you place and pay for normally. It is not a free test and it is not the Community Verification Program, which is a separate thing that covers the whole cost of one panel for an approved individual applicant.
Who is eligible for the Heroes discount?
Active military, military veterans, physicians, nurses, and first responders. Eligibility is decided by staff reviewing the proof submitted with the request; support cannot approve, decline, or predict the outcome of a request.
What proof do I need to send, and do you want a photo of my military ID?
Never send a photograph of a CAC or a military identification card. Photocopying one is prohibited by federal law at 18 U.S.C. 701, and Axiom does not ask for one. The request form shows the accepted options for each role, which include a .mil or work email address, an NPI number, a professional licence or certification number, and a supporting document where no faster proof exists. Up to 3 documents may be attached, and uploaded documents are deleted after 90 days.
How do I use the discount once it is approved?
There is no code to type. The approved discount binds to the email address on the request, so it applies automatically at checkout whenever you order using that same address. Ordering under a different email is the usual reason an approved discount does not appear. Checkout is authoritative for the final amount.
Can the Heroes discount be combined with bulk pricing or other reductions?
They can combine, up to a ceiling. Orders carrying an approved Heroes or Axiom Circle benefit are capped at 40% total reduction against the list price, against 30% for an order carrying neither. The exact combination on a specific basket is resolved by checkout, and support must not quote a combined total from the rates alone.
How long does a Heroes request take, and what if you need more from me?
Requests go to a staff review queue with a 24 hour review target. A reviewer who needs something clarified sets the request to changes requested and emails the applicant, and the request stays open rather than being declined. A declined request can be re-submitted with better proof.
