Axiom Circle

What Circle is, why nobody can apply for it, and what an agent should say when a customer asks to join.

What is Axiom Circle?

Axiom Circle is a private, invitation-only program for established customer companies. Terms are tailored to the relationship and can include scalable volume pricing, priority intake visibility, selected testing benefits, and reviewed end-of-month billing. Membership is not publicly available, and it does not represent product certification or any promise about how fast laboratory work is returned. Membership belongs to the company, not to one person at it.

Can I apply to join, or buy my way in?

No. There is no application, no public eligibility threshold, and no order count that turns into an invitation. Reaching any number of orders does not make a company a member, and no agent can put a company forward for it during a chat. If you want your company considered, the useful step is to say so to the person who handles your account, and to keep testing with us. Selection is ours to make and is not automatic.

What exactly do members get?

That varies by company, and it is the reason nobody should quote you a figure. Each membership has its own stored terms, and a benefit that is not in a particular company's terms does not exist for that company. Anyone quoting you a percentage, a threshold, an included test, or a response time in a chat window is describing a membership that may not resemble yours. A member company sees its own real terms in its Axiom portal, and an owner or authorised administrator accepts or declines them there.

How do continuous submissions and monthly billing work?

Active Circle companies on end-of-month terms can register new samples whenever needed through the API. The account stays open across submissions, shipments and monthly invoices. Samples appear in the account and staff intake before arrival. Registration records a quote. Each continuous sample becomes billable when Axiom records physical receipt, in that UTC receipt month. Declaring a shipment or a carrier reporting delivery does not establish laboratory receipt. If samples from one submission arrive in different months, they appear on those respective monthly invoices. The company's agreed net terms, discounts and waivers still apply. The [Circle intake page](/portal/circle/intake) shows receipt, validation, tracking and billing status. Developers should use the [continuous account guide](/developers#circle-continuous) or [API integration guide](/llms.txt). Earlier consignments keep their existing submission and billing workflow; they are not silently migrated or rebilled when an integration adopts continuous intake.

Is Circle a certification, an endorsement, or a quality mark?

No, and this matters more than the commercial side. Circle is a commercial and operational arrangement. It says nothing about whether a member's products are genuine, safe, or well made, it is not an accreditation or a compliance approval, and Axiom does not endorse any member's products. Every certificate is judged on the sample tested, on exactly the same basis for a member as for anyone else. Priority intake, where a company has it, means their work is ordered ahead of ordinary work within the same operational state. It is not a promised turnaround time and must never be described as one.

Someone told me Circle is free testing after a couple of orders. Is that right?

No, on both counts. No number of orders earns membership, and membership carries no standing entitlement to testing at no charge. A membership may include one selected testing module above an agreed threshold, but that is a term written into a single company's agreement rather than something a volume of orders unlocks. You may be thinking of the Community Verification Program, which is a separate thing entirely and works the other way round: an individual applies, staff review the application, and approval comes first. It is not connected to Circle and has nothing to do with how much you have ordered. If you were told otherwise, please tell us where, so we can correct it.

How should I follow up?

Speak to your Axiom contact if your company already has one, or write to support@axiomanalyticslab.com. An agent can record your interest and pass it on. An agent cannot invite you, confirm eligibility, or describe terms you might be offered.
