Where Janoshik Analytical is ahead of Axiom
This section comes first deliberately. A comparison page that only flatters the lab that wrote it is worth nothing to a buyer, and you would find this out elsewhere anyway.

Blind testing is a real methodological advantage we do not offer. Their GLP-1 test identifies which of three peptides is in the vial without the customer declaring it first, which removes the customer's expectation from the analysis. Our panel is planned against a declared compound.

A public results database that has been running long enough for their reports to be recognised on sight in this market, and a verification service and QR alongside it. We are new. Recognition is a real thing a buyer is paying for and we do not have theirs. We are not putting a number on the size of their archive, because they do not publish one and we are not estimating it.

Registered business address 2108 N St Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816, USA. That is the entity's principal address, not a published laboratory street address, and it is not where samples are received: a receiving address is issued with each order.
We did not find a street address on the pages we read (homepage, verification page, and the GLP-1 test page). We are not repeating a location we could not read on their own site.
Not ISO/IEC 17025 accredited. Testing runs under a documented quality system and every method prints its own validation status beside the result it produced.
No accreditation is claimed on the homepage, the verification page, or the GLP-1 test page we read. That is not a criticism: neither do we. We simply have nothing to compare.
Defined Axiom 4X Essential $195 scope: Molecular Mass Fingerprinting, Homogeneity Profiling, Net Peptide Mass Quantitation, Rapid Microbial DNA Screen. Axiom 8X Comprehensive $595 adds Bacterial Endotoxin, Elemental Catalytic Sweep, Post-Reconstitution Stability, Fentanyl & Analog Screen. Paid 4X/8X intake is open with required Rapid DNA and a conservative accession reservation. Unresolved platform, matrix-suitability, control, criterion, or material evidence is surfaced to our staff for resolution; custody, entry, signing, and release are not blocked. Endotoxin is a $50 module on the defined 4X configuration and is included in 8X. USP <61> and USP <71> are separate services that may be accessioned; unresolved controlled evidence prevents CFU or sterility PASS claims and is surfaced to our staff for resolution.
Per-compound tests bought individually. The GLP-1 blind test covers identity, amount and peptide purity for semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide without the customer declaring which is in the vial. Sterility (TAMC/TYMC), endotoxin, heavy metals (As, Cd, Pb, Hg), fentanyl presence, pH, TFA, CHNS net peptide content, aggregate analysis and variance testing are each priced separately as additional services.
LC-MS/MS (ESI+), included in the base panel. Theoretical mass, observed mass and the error in daltons and ppm are printed for every declared component.
The parameters table for the GLP-1 blind test lists Testing method: HPLC, with a detection limit cutoff of less than 1/20th of the usual dosage per vial. A separate LCMS Screening For Peptide Contamination is offered as a paid add-on.
Axiom 4X Essential $195 per base sample service. Axiom 8X Comprehensive $595 per base sample service. USP <71> is a $175 separate service when selected with 4X or 8X and is included in DX. Graduated panel discounts: 5–9 samples: 10%, 10–14 samples: 15%, 15–19 samples: 20%, 20–24 samples: 25%, 25+ samples: 30%. The highest earned rate applies and does not stack. Extra same-lot vials for cross-vial consistency from $95, stepping down per vial.
GLP-1 blind test (semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide) $360, with add-ons priced individually on the same page: sterility $290, TFA $290, LCMS contamination screen $205, endotoxin $180, GLP-1 aggregate $150, CHNS mass report $145, heavy metals $105, fentanyl presence $75, variance testing $75, pH $35, raw data $25. Expedited testing is a 100% surcharge on the value of the expedited tests. Their homepage separately lists three other headline tests: blind common anabolic steroid screening, oils $145; blind common anabolic steroid and aromatase inhibitor screening, orals $145; and human growth hormone amount, purity and dimer/higher-molecular-weight protein analysis $500.
6 business days average for 4X and 6 business days average for 8X analytical work, measured from arrival of the required accession allocation rather than from order placement. Qualification or material gaps are surfaced to our staff for resolution and do not block entry, signing, or release. Any USP <71> execution has a minimum 14-day incubation timebase and cannot be folded into a fast analytical tier.
The separately sold Sterility testing service is a 14-day TAMC/TYMC cultivation with a pass/fail result. Janoshik recommends 2 unopened peptide vials; less may be accepted but may affect results. The page does not cite USP <61> or USP <71>, so this must not be represented as evidence of a compendial <71> service.
A public URL per released certificate, a verification page and QR, a public JSON endpoint, an embeddable widget, and published keys plus a signing recipe so the seal can be verified offline.

Where Axiom genuinely differs
Each of these is tied to something you can go and check on this site, rather than to an adjective. If the artifact named is not there, the claim is wrong and we want to know.
Every released Axiom certificate carries an Ed25519 signature over a SHA-384 digest of a canonical payload, and we publish the exact recipe and public keys so a holder can verify that certificate offline without trusting our servers.
Identity on the base Axiom panel is LC-MS/MS accurate mass, and the certificate prints the theoretical mass, the observed mass, and the error in both daltons and ppm for every declared component.
A released Axiom certificate lives at its own public URL that renders the laboratory record, not a PDF file that has to be passed around.
What we could not establish
Gaps in our knowledge, stated as gaps. None of these is a criticism of Janoshik Analytical, and none of them should be read as an absence of the capability. It means we did not find it published and we are not filling it in with an assumption.

Which instrument establishes identity in the base blind test. The parameters table says HPLC and LC-MS is sold as a contamination add-on, but we did not find a method statement that settles it, so we do not characterise it.

The total number of reports in their public database. They do not publish a count and we are not estimating one.

Whether their reports carry a cryptographic signature. The verification model we could read is a lookup against their servers.
