When should I ship my samples?

Do not ship until the order's shipping page in the authenticated portal displays a confirmed ship-to address. Open https://axiomanalyticslab.com/portal, select the order, and use its Shipping page for the current address and packing list.

Where do the Order number and Shipment IDs go?

Write the Order number and each relevant Axiom Shipment ID on the OUTSIDE of the package. Each vial must also carry its own Shipment ID. Put the printed packing list inside the box. A package that cannot be matched to an order cannot be booked in.

Can all vials for one order go in one box?

Yes. One box normally holds all vials for an order. If you use multiple packages, write the Order number and the Shipment IDs relevant to that package on the outside of each package, and report the correct package count in the portal.

What condition and labels are required for vials?

Ship factory-sealed vials only, with caps and crimps in place. Keep the manufacturer's label attached; it must state the compound and amount per vial and match the amount declared during submission. Do not send reconstituted, opened, partially used, unlabelled, or mismatched vials.

How should I pack the vials?

Pack vials so they cannot move against each other, using bubble wrap or foam inside a rigid outer box. Padded envelopes are not enough. Follow the location-specific cold-chain and UN3373 instructions shown on the order's Shipping page; do not infer that every receiving location has the same capabilities.

Is an Axiom Shipment ID the same as carrier tracking?

No. The Axiom Shipment ID identifies a submitted sample and lets Receiving match it to the order. The carrier tracking number identifies the parcel in the carrier's network. Include the Axiom identifiers on the package, then record the carrier, tracking number, ship date, and package count on the order's Shipping page after sending it.

Do I need to email Axiom after shipping?

No. After the package is sent, add the carrier, tracking number, ship date, and package count on the order's Shipping page in the portal so Receiving can watch for it. Open a support request only if the portal entry fails or the shipment needs review.
