Axiom currently supports United States residents only. Users must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. For initial qualification, an individual should provide their U.S. state or territory of residence; a company should provide the state or territory of its business or return-shipping location. Can Axiom certificates be independently verified?

Verification confirms authenticity and standing; it does not create accreditation or authorize product use.

What should a new testing lead provide?
Provide first and last name, email, callback number, company or brand when applicable, relationship to Axiom, whether you are prospective or existing, relevant U.S. state or territory, material to be tested, the question the testing should answer, contemplated panel or service, sample or vial count, available amount, lot and blend details when known, desired outcome, and any real deadline. Existing Axiom identifiers are requested only when relevant.
What should I avoid sending during initial contact?
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment-card or banking details, secret API keys, unnecessary identity documents, or unrelated personal or medical information. A full street address should be entered through the appropriate authenticated workflow when required, not volunteered in ordinary chat.
