Can one submission include several partner names on the COAs?
Yes. For a non-community submission, open Additional names on the certificates and add up to 25 certificate recipients. A recipient may be a company or a person. Enter the name exactly as it must print and a valid certificate-access email; the website is optional.
Does every partner receive every certificate?
The additional recipient list applies to the submitted samples' certificates. Confirm the intended recipient roster and sample mapping before release. If different samples require different recipient sets, open a support ticket before submitting rather than assuming the system will infer the split.
Can I reuse a partner on later submissions?
Yes. You can pick a saved partner during submission. An ad-hoc recipient is added to the partner roster for next time. A saved active partner can sign in and see the certificate in their portal; an invited partner receives it by email until the invitation is accepted; an ad-hoc recipient receives it by email unless you give them portal access from the Partners page.
What does adding partner names cost?
The first additional name is included. Two through six additional names cost $50 total, and seven or more cost $100 total. The submission checkout is authoritative for the final charge.
Can support change partner names after release?
Do not rely on a post-release rename. Names and deliverable emails should be confirmed before release. Support must log a ticket for any correction request; staff determines whether an amendment or other controlled action is appropriate.
