Do I need a company account to submit samples?

No. An individual account can submit samples and verify COAs. A business account adds a registered company profile, authorized agents, company branding, and team billing.

How do I register my company in the portal?

Open Company in the authenticated portal and choose Register a company. Complete the registered legal name, address, phone, website, and optional company logo. The logo may appear on company COAs. Use accurate legal and contact information; support cannot create or verify a legal entity on a caller's behalf.

Who can manage the company profile and team?

Company owners and admins can edit the company profile, invite agents, review join requests, change eligible member roles, resend or cancel invitations, and remove eligible members. A member can use the company workspace but cannot manage the company profile or roster. The protected owner seat cannot be removed or reassigned through ordinary member controls.

How do team invitations work?

An owner or admin invites the person's exact email address as a member or admin. The recipient must accept the invitation; an invitation alone does not mean they can sign in as a company member. Invitations expire after 48 hours. Re-sending creates a fresh invitation and retires the previous link.

Should team members share one login?

No. Each authorized person should use their own email and account. Separate accounts preserve permissions and activity attribution. Never ask support or Sona for another person's password, one-time code, or private access link.
