Help Axiom keep incoming items accurately identified, organized, and ready for their next destination. You will receive boxes, look up each item's unique code on our website, apply approved labels, and sort items into designated containers.
This is a hands-on inventory role, not an online-only position. You must be able to receive and securely organize physical shipments at an approved location. This position does not perform laboratory testing or interpret results.
Strong attention to detail. Comfort comparing codes and following step-by-step instructions. Basic computer skills and reliable internet access. Dependable communication and the ability to work independently without guessing when something does not match.
You must have a clean, secure, organized workspace suitable for receiving and storing the assigned items. Follow all provided handling, storage, packaging, and shipment instructions. Equipment, supply, space, and receiving requirements will be confirmed before starting.
Inventory control, receiving, warehouse sorting, order fulfillment, shipping, labeling, or detailed administrative work. Laboratory experience is not required.
Items match their records. Labels are accurate and traceable. Containers are organized correctly. Discrepancies are flagged promptly. Outgoing batches are complete, documented, and prepared according to instructions.
Items will ship in separate batches based on category and approved release criteria. Batch thresholds and shipment frequency are still being finalized. Do not release shipments until the applicable instructions or approval are in place.
